Yes. We only allow non-aggressive breeds. We do not allow exotic pets or large fish tanks.

Yes. We only allow furry friends that are up to 40 lbs

Each unit can have up to two pets.

$300.00 one-time non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Monthly pet rent is $45.00 per pet, per month.

We do have pet waste stations on site that include pet waste bags for resident use.
